 How to Prepare 

1. Use 1 cup dry soya mince to 1 cup hot water or broth. 
2. Pour boiling water/broth over the mince and cover. 
3. Let it soak for 5–10 minutes until fully rehydrated. 
4. Fluff with a fork and drain excess liquid if needed. 
5. Season to taste or sauté with onions, garlic, herbs, and spices for extra flavour.
